i am good enough

The journey to self love may be tough. It starts with self acceptance.


I treasure silence when I find it, and while being mindful of my duties, I set time aside, to be alone with myself…

I don’t pursue the past. I don’t lose myself in the future.

The past no longer is. The future has not yet come.

Looking deeply at life as it is.

In the very here and now, I dwell in stability and freedom.
